Julie Grove Psychology


Julie has 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents across a range of issues; depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, drug dependency and coping with loss and adjustment.  She provides evidence-based treatment, which means therapy that is informed by science and has been shown to be effective in research studies. She predominantly practices a form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or ACT (said as one word) and has trained extensively both in Australia and overseas using this model.
